KA Organic Farm
In 2020, the pandemic raged, severely impacting the aviation industry, and we both lost our jobs. As two former Hongkong Airlines flight attendants, we took up hoes and rakes, operated tillers, and bravely learned how to grow organic fruits and vegetables. We continuously studied and researched, hoping to use the best cultivation methods to bring health to those around us. Eventually, we came into contact with the pesticide-free farming model. We do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides, relying instead on natural predators and methods to reduce pests. We grow crops meant for Hong Kong people using the “pesticide-free" method!

Yick Sang Organic Farm
Reopening a piece of farmland that was abandoned by the previous generation of farmers 45 years ago has been a challenge we started in June 2022. Before we took over, this piece of farmland had become overgrown with weeds and wild trees, requiring a significant amount of time and effort to clear before crops could be replanted. As farmers, we are genuinely dedicated and passionate about agriculture. The products we cultivate are carefully nurtured and thoughtfully grown. We hope to plant more high-quality agricultural products so that everyone can enjoy them with peace of mind.
