Since January 2024, we have gathered over 140 members and established a network to promote local ingredients, enabling each unit to leverage its strengths to help more people appreciate high-quality local produce. We interviewed several members to gain a deeper understanding of why they joined the “Eat Local" program and the benefits they have gained from participating.
