2024年1月10日海馬同學會舉行了就職典禮，署理教育局局長施俊輝先生、海洋公園主席龐建貽、海洋公園公司行政總裁黃嗣輝和多達1000名師生也一起參與就職典禮及活動。

Seahorse Rangers is officially established and the inauguration ceremony was held on 10 January 2024. SZE Chun-fai, Jeff, JP The Acting Secretary for Education, Mr Paulo Pong Kin-yee, Chairman of Ocean Park, Mr Ivan Wong, Chief Executive of Ocean Park Corporation and about 1,000 students and teachers participated in the inauguration ceremony and activities.
