香港青年自然生態紀錄片拍攝比賽完滿結束!

歷時將迎一年，總決賽終於喺 25/7 順利舉行多謝場地贊助 MCL Cinemas，令出席觀眾可以喺大銀幕欣賞4隊決賽隊伍精心製作嘅作品，同埋比賽合作夥伴 Frigatefilms 團隊製作、剛入圍 Jackson Wild Media Awards 環境短片候選名單嘅《#一生螈命》！今次比賽更邀請到3位星級評審評選出得獎作品，包括：

第79屆奧斯卡電影金像獎最佳紀錄短片得主 楊紫燁教授

第41屆香港電影金像獎新晉導演得主 何爵天導演

海洋公園行政總裁 黃嗣輝先生

經過一番商討，評審最終選出以下得獎作品，包括:

《WEEDsilience》— 王顥霖、王曉欣

《紅樹林 — 城市的腎臟》— Jays Wong, Angus Tsang and Suet

《觀螈日記》—Thomas Chow, Gena Yip, Toby Lam

Hong Kong Youth Nature Documentary Challenge Finale!

The Grand Final of the competition was successfully held on 25/7 Many thanks to our venue sponsor MCL Cinemas for enabling the attending audience to appreciate the meticulously crafted works of the 4 final teams on the big screen. They also had the opportunity to enjoy the documentary “Life (cycle) of the Hong Kong Newt" produced by our competition partner “Frigatefilms”. This film has been recently selected as finalists in the Shorts – Wildlife & Environment category of the 2024 Jackson Wild Media Awards! This competition also featured 3 star judges including:

Professor Ruby Yang, winner of the 79th Academy Award for Documentary Short Subject

Director Ho Cheuk Tin, Best New Director of the 41st Hong Kong Film Awards

Mr. Ivan Wong, CEO of Ocean Park Hong Kong

After deliberation, the judges ultimately selected the following winning entries, including:

“WEEDsilience" — Homan Wang, Ivy Wong

“Mangroves — The Circulation" — Jays Wong. Angus Tsang and Suet

”The Newt Diary” — Thomas Chow, Gena Yip,Toby Lam
