The Farm and Gourmet Festival has successfully come to an end!

Over the course of 4 days, the festival brought together a group of HK farmers and fishermen who, despite the scorching weather, wholeheartedly promoted local ingredients to the citizens. Participating local farmers harvested fresh produce every morning in their fields and transported them directly to the Fa Hui Park, all with the aim of ensuring that attendees could purchase fresh vegetables and fishes! It was a great opportunity to interact with the farmers and fishermen, and seize the chance to learn some insider tips on cooking local dishes😎
