活動當日內容十分豐富,除咗有「本地食材的可持續發展與挑戰」專題討論、「食本地鮮」會員嘉許禮之外,仲有機會畀各位會員展示自己嘅產品,互相交流推動本地食材嘅心得。交流會結束之後,大家仲一齊去海洋公園「爐炭燒」餐廳享用「食本地鮮」午宴!

“Eat Local" Kick-off Ceremony & Business Forum successfully concluded

The event came to a successful close on 16/10 🎉! Once again, a big thank you to all the enthusiastic participation from “Eat Local" members🔥 It was great to see members gathering together, interacting and exchanging ideas ✨

Apart from the panel discussion on “Sustainable Development and Challenges of Locally-Grown Produce" and the recognition ceremony for “Eat Local" members, there was also an opportunity for members to showcase their products and share experiences in promoting local ingredients. After the exchange session, everyone headed to the “Ginger Grill" restaurant at Ocean Park for the “Eat Local" luncheon!
